Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an Order once the Order has been placed. However, if your Order has not been Processed, you can cancel it and place a new Order. Click on the Track Your Order link to check the status of your Order.

A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation by email, including tracking information. At this point, our Return Policy will come into effect.
For online purchases: You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Please contact our customer service team at welisten@khaadi.com to arrange for the collection, which will be one time. Exchange and returns are not applicable on sale items.
It is important to note if you return up to four items from your order, we will deduct $25 shipping charges from the refund that we will process. If you wish to return more than four items, please note every additional item would result in deduction of $4 from the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used
for original purchase.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two
billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
