Refunds
You have 14 days to refund any non-sale item from the date you received the order. There is a strict no-refund policy against sale items. If the received article appears to have any sort of defect/damage, email/call us no later than 3 days from the date the item was received.

For refunds, please contact our customer care at customerservice@weavesgroup.com or call us at +1 844 363 0086 to arrange a collection. Please allow us two weeks for the collection of items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is important to note if you return up to four items from your order, we will deduct $25 shipping charges from the refund that we will process. If you wish to return more than four items, please note every additional item would result in deduction of $4 from the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for original purchase. The refund may take up to 2 billing cycles, after collection, to appear on your credit card statements.

Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel the order any time before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains tracking information. After a product is shipped, the Return Policy will apply.
