For online purchases: You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Please contact our customer service team at welisten@khaadi.com to arrange for the collection, which will be one time.
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Receipt is required.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to reach our fulfillment center, upon which you will be notified by email. In case you do not receive an email, please contact us at welisten@khaadi.com. Additionally, allow an extra 3 business days for the refund to be processed. Please note that the refund amount may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Sale items are non-refundable; however, you can request a one-time pickup. For sale items to be returned within 7 days of delivery, a voucher equivalent to the purchase amount will be issued.
Returns are not applicable on redelivery or refund after 14 days.
Exchanges are not applicable.
You can cancel your order within 3 hour of placing it by contacting Customer Care at +1 844 363 0087 or emailing us at welisten@khaadi.com. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation by email, including tracking information. At this point, our Return Policy will come into effect.
Please note that Khaadi reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:
• If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time of processing.
• In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies.
• If payment via credit card is declined by the issuing financial institution.
