Exchange and Return Policy

Product(s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within the 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. Contact our customer service centre by submitting us return request along with the images of defected/wrong product welisten@khaadi.com or call us at +1 844 363 0087 within 3 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, an online voucher of the same price value will be offered.
